Minimum Age and Driver’s License
To rent a vehicle, the driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.

Documents
To conclude a rental agreement, the following documents are required: a valid driver’s license and an ID card or passport.

Payment and Deposit
Vehicle rental is carried out upon prior reservation with full payment or a deposit, in accordance with the agreement.

Driver’s Responsibility
The driver is fully responsible for the vehicle from the moment of pickup until its return, including any potential damages, losses, fines, or other compensations.

Lost Key and Accessories
In case of a lost key or any other vehicle accessory (spare key, tire tools, navigation system, green card, vehicle documents), the renter is obliged to cover the costs of replacement or repair.

Smoking Policy
Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If smoking is detected, the renter will be charged an additional fine or cleaning and disinfection fee.

Prohibited Use of the Vehicle
The vehicle must not be used for races, driving outside the permitted territory, carrying more passengers than allowed, or for any activities contrary to the law or rental agreement.

Additional Drivers
An additional driver may be registered only with prior approval and by signing the agreement. An extra fee usually applies for this service.

Fuel Policy
The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as when received. Otherwise, the renter will be charged for the missing fuel and an additional service fee.

Rental Outside the Country
Renting a vehicle outside the territory of North Macedonia is allowed only with prior company approval. The renter must inform the company about the country where the vehicle will be used. When driving abroad, all provided documents such as the green card and vehicle documents must be carried. The renter is responsible for all costs, fines, and damages that may occur abroad.
